MOPG have now submitted two Sets of Objections to UK Coal's Minorca application. The 1st set, submitted in September deals with aspects of the actual application. The 2nd set has been written in light of the Huntignton Lane Public Inquiry decision in October and follows the arguments developed in “Coal, Collusion and Communities (see Planning Forum on this web site) You can access both documents here:
